Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new releases, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

adrigarcia.art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

adrigarcia.art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of artwork and limited inventory, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed. If approved, a replacement or appropriate solution will be provided.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once work has begun.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate reference photos and information for custom work. Minor variations in artistic interpretation are part of the creative process and are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display devices. While every effort is made to represent artwork accurately, slight differences between digital images and the final product may occur.

Copyright

All artwork, images, and designs remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer reproduction rights without written permission.
